I have more than twenty years of experience spanning elementary through higher education. I have delivered dynamic presentations for schools, districts, and conferences nationwide, helping educators create active, engaging learning environments. I am a passionate advocate for physical activity and physical education and have held leadership roles at Active Schools and OPEN. I am also the founder of Be the Hype, where I help schools build a culture of movement and connection. I live in Cortland, NY, where I enjoy coaching soccer and spending time with my family.
